Under Construction Progress Inspections

Request one or multiple progress inspections   $395 each – includes Termite Inspection (discount applies when more than one requested)

During the construction of your home , the Builder will request “Progress Payments” at certain stages of construction .For your peace of mind we will attend the site and inspect the home at either one or at all stages of the building process.

Progress stages are generally ………..

• Slab down
• Plate height (Brickwork complete ready for roof frame)
• Roof Cover
• Lock-up
• Practical Completion

At each stage of the construction process we will carry out an inspection to check the that the home meets the required Australian Standards in materials and workmanship.

Any items found to be no compliant will be placed in the report, which can be sent to your builder to discuss for rectification.
