Upon completion of your home the Builder will offer a “Maintenance period”

The maintenance period in most cases is between 6 to 12 months after Practical Completion Inspection was done.

This is the time that the homeowner is required to supply a list of defects to the Builder that require rectification. These can be settlement cracks, doors binding on frames, cabinetry, or items not raised during the Practical Completion Inspection.

We can attend to inspect the home and report on items that are part of the Builder’s responsibility to rectify, giving you peace of mind on your investment.
