David was thorough, professional and prompt. He saved us money and stress finding a defect BEFORE we puchased our property. Highly recommend Peel and David happily travelled north to Greenwood as well. Don’t bother looking anywhere else

Highly recommend David from Peel Building Inspections. We requested the premium inspection and it did not disappoint. The high attention to detail, as well as the great amount of photos included really helped my wife and I in ensuring confidence that we are purchasing a solid home with no hidden surprises. Absolute 10/10! It's worth the extra cost to gain peace of mind, especially considering this is one of the biggest purchases you'll ever make.

We used Peel Building Inspections for a new house build in Dawesville. David was not only professional but he was also very thorough and had a very quick turn around with an extremely detailed report. The report was fantastic, could not fault his work and highly recommend to all!! Price point was fantastic as well as communication, so glad we went with Peel Building Inspections, would never use anyone else. Thank you again David.

We just used David for a pre-purchase building inspection and were extremely pleased by the detailed report and honest approach. When we first reached out we wanted to get the premium package but he advised us to go for the basic given that the property was not very old and that honesty was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend him and his business do anybody looking for building inspections. Transparent pricing available on his website that takes away the guessing game.

Dave was great! He provided us with a super detailed report that included photos and comments. The report was completed on time and was very well priced compared to other companies. Would definitely recommended Peel Building Inspections and we would use them again.
